ARE APPLICABLE TO YOU AT ANY GIVEN TIME ARE THE CURRENT

TO ANYONE AT ITS COMPLETE DISCRETION FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING
FOR VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE & CONDITIONS.

AFFILIATED WITH FIRMSWITCH OR OTHERWISE. THESE OTHER WEB
SITES MAY HAVE THEIR OWN TERMS OF USE & CONDITIONS POLICIES
WHICH ARE DIFFERENT FROM, OR IN ADDITION TO, THE TERMS OF
USE & CONDITIONS SPECIFIED HEREIN. BY ACCESSING THESE
WEBSITES THROUGH LINKS PROVIDED ON THIS SITE, YOU AGREE
TO ABIDE BY EACH APPLICABLE TERMS OF USE POLICY AS THEREIN
SPECIFIED.
Firmswitch Terms Of Service are as follows:
1. That any individual, corporate executive, business man
or organization who wishes to use our services must first
signup as a Firmswitch subscriber and agree with the terms
of service (TOS) before you can use this system.
2.
That firmswitch uses worldpaypal as its e-payment solution
gateway.
3.
That any individual, corporate executive or organization
who wishes to use our services must also signup for a worldpaypal
account at worldpaypal.net.
4.
That by so doing has also agreed to be bound by worldpaypal
terms of use and conditions.
5.
Subscribers for correspondence service and appointment bookings
shall give all business details and personal information
truthfully for documentation purposes
6.
And that disclosure of password details and business transaction
details to persons other than employees of firmswitch is
entirely at the subscribers’ risk.
7.
That every subscriber agrees and undertakes:
a) To use the service provided by Firmswitch in accordance
with this terms and conditions as may be varied by Firmswitch
either by written notice, information on Firmswitch site
or by notice published in a national press from time to
time.
b) Not to contravene any applicable law, legislation or
statutory instruments in their country.
c) To indemnify Firmswitch against all liabilities, claims,
damages, losses and expenses arising from any breach of
the subscriber undertakings in (a) and (b) above.
8.
In the event that Firmswitch service fails to operate properly
or our website is under going maintenance services of which
notice must have been passed across to subscribers before
such actions and the subscriber had to use other methods
other than the payment solution used by Firmswitch to make
payment, Firmswitch will not be responsible for the cost
incurred in effecting the alternative payment.
9.
Firmswitch will use its reasonable endeavors to provide
its service to the subscriber. However, when the payment
solution used by firmswitch is unable to provide its service
to the subscriber, the subscriber is free to use other methods
of payment until access to the payment system is re-instated.
Firmswitch will not be held liable for any charges or damages
to the subscriber should the subscriber be prevented from
accessing the payment system.
10.
The subscriber also agrees that firmswitch reserves the
right to decline a transaction where the subscriber does
not complete payment or breaches any of our terms of service
enough credits or if breached any of our terms of service.

our service fees are as follows:
Appointment booking(full features)+ business name registration

Appointment
booking(semi- full features) =90,000
Appointment booking without physical contact = 50,000
Company incorporation = 48,000
Same day incorporation
Company with a share capital of 100,000(excluding filing
files) =75,000
Company with a share capital of 1 million(excluding filing
files) =180,000(with each 1 million naira added an extra
20,000 is paid)
Non-Sameday
Company
with a share capital of 500,000=60,000
Company
with a share capital of 100,000=48,000
Forms:
A set of incorporation forms =1,000
Availability of name forms = 500
Single forms(co2,co6,co7) = 200
Business name registration alone( within lagos) =8,400
Businesss name registration outside lagos=11,000
Business name reservation =1,400
Company background checks = 14,000
11.
Firmswitch shall not entertain any refund of cash already
paid into the system, as processing of registration, reservation
and incorporation forms at the Corporate Affairs Commission
starts immediately upon verification of payment made by
subscriber.
12.
Any refund that is due to subscriber by virtue of a defunct
or declined transaction will be credited into the subscribers
account within 48hrs of authorization of the refund at the
prevailing exchange rate.
13.
Any subscriber who wishes to stop correspondence must be
done by the subscriber in writing or via our support form
on our website,(www.firmswitch.com ). A written request
to stop correspondence must clearly state the subscribers
name, address, account Number, password details, and also
clearly state their intention to stop correspondence. A
fee of $50 will be charged the subscriber which will be
applicable as administrative charges.
14.
The customer by the continuing use of this service consents
to Firmswitch sharing customer information including use
of the service with any company affiliated to Firmswitch.
15.
The customer agrees that Firmswitch records are conclusive
evidence of the member's use of the service and transactions
carried out by the subscriber.
16.
If any term or provision, or portion thereof, of this agreement
shall be invalid or enforceable, to that extent it shall
be deemed or omitted to the extent necessary to render it
valid and enforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall
remain unaffected and in full force and effect.
17.
This agreement represents the entire understanding between
the Parties in relation to the subject matter hereof and
supersedes all other agreements made between the parties
whether written or oral. No waiver of any provision of this
agreement shall be deemed to be a further or continuing
waiver of any provision of this agreement. This agreement
may not be assigned in whole or in part without the prior
written consent of Firmswitch with such consent not unreasonably
withheld by Firmswitch. Firmswitch may assign this agreement
at anytime.
18.
Firmswitch may enter into agreements with other companies
to offer you additional benefits from your subscription.
If you choose to do transactions with a particular firmswitch
- accepting company, we will need to pass details of your
name and address to them if their policy requires.
19.
Continued use of Firmswitch service constitutes acceptance
of these terms and conditions.
20.
Firmswitch reserves the right to change its exchange rate
at any time, which is determined by the exchange rate to
a dollar in subscriber’s country money market.
21.
The current exchange rate of Firmswitch to a dollar at this
point in Nigeria banking circle naira is 140 to a dollar.
22.
That Firmswitch shall either daily or weekly send to every
subscriber updates by Mails, SMS or Newsletters and may
also send third party advert/newsletters to all its network
users by right.
23.
That after signing up for a firmswitch service, be it registration/reservation
of business name, incorporation of limited liability companies
to background checks, a subscriber must allow for the particular
stipulated time for each service( as stated on the firmswitch
site) for processing of certificate and other logistics
to be completed.
24.
That reservation for business name lasts only for a specified
period of time (as already stated on the site) and that
subscriber will have to reapply for a renewal and pay accordingly
if at the end of the specified time period, the business
name was not used.
25.
That we only run company background checks to provide basic
information about said company and that a subscriber has
the sole decision to do business with whomever deems fit
and also that Firmswitch will in no likewise be held liable
for any transaction between a subscriber and any company
that we have ran a check on.
26.That
upon signing up for the correspondence service(virtual office),
subscriber allows firmswitch a time period of 4 weeks to
run a proper verification of business name and nature of
business with the corporate affairs commission before subscriber
starts using the service.
27.
That upon verification from the CAC and firmswitch has reasons
to question business name and nature of business,that firmswitch
will not go ahead with the transaction and therefore offers
subscribers no apologies.
28.
That also in lieu of the above,that only part of the money
paid into the system by subscriber will be refunded, the
remaining part of which will have been used as administrative
charges.
29.That
processing of certificates may be delayed more than their
stipulated time if subscriber do not take time to fill forms
accurately, adequately and ther are inconsistencies in signatures.
30 . These terms and conditions also relate directly with
any other service that Firmswitch may offer.
31.
That by accessing this website: These Terms of service supersede
all previous representations, understandings or agreements
and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms
and conditions of any order submitted. Use of Firmswitch
services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
